How a job changes the sheet
The calculator is the same heat-load math as sheet 01. A job sets the target temperature, a product-load hint (kegs vs cases vs carcass vs nearly empty restock), door traffic, and the copy. It does not invent a second formula. Frozen goods are listed so we can say no — a window AC on a temperature controller cannot freeze a box.
What this kit is not
- A freezer. Mid-30s hold at best. Frozen storage needs a real freezer or a condensing unit.
- A food-safety rule. Bands here are planning numbers, not USDA or FDA guidance.
- A brand of controller. You need a window AC and a temperature controller. Shop the compatibility list on the unit you buy.
